Are you looking for free virus removal software?  Do you know how to remove viruses off your computer for free?  Everyone wants free software, and there are some options for you if you want if you are looking for virus removal tools that do not cost any money.  However, one must make sure that they know exactly what they are downloading and which websites to go to do find trusted virus removing software.

Also, if you are going to download the program, the best place to get the software is from the source.  Some really good free virus removal tools are programs such as AVG Antivirus 9.0 and Avast Antivirus software.  These programs are completely free to use for a single license agreement, but will cost you money if you are going to use it at a business establishment.  There are many features to these programs and you will get the benefit of having live protection on your computer without having to pay for an annual license subscription.  AVG is really good because they continuously update their products and you will always frequent virus definition updates to keep up with all of the security threats that are found online.  Another important feature of AVG  9.0 is that they also include an e-mail scanner, and a spyware blockers program that allows the user to scan single files and download files before installing program onto your computer.  One complaint about AVG is that some people say it does not work well on Windows Vista and that it slow down their computer when using the Mozilla Firefox internet browser.  The reason why it slows down the Firefox browser is due to the many plugins that are offered with this internet surfing software.  However, I currently have this program on my HP Pavilion and have not had a problem surfing the web at the same speed as I would when using the Internet Explorer browser so I can’t say that the AVG program does not work well with Firefox.  Slow internet speeds can be caused by many problems besides anti-virus program, but CNET has also stated that they had some problems browsing with Mozilla. 

Avast Antivirus is another great free virus removal tool that is very user friendly and does not require that much system resource to run.  If you are looking for a low-budget and very beginner friendly free virus scan removal program, then Avast is definitely the program for you.
